“Ratafià” are sweet liquors made with blueberries, raspberries, or gooseberries cultivated in the Piedmont valleys, or with amarene cherries from Pecetto.

The aromas, the perfums and the colours are those of the fresh fruits. They are used not only as liquors, but also to garnish ice creams or to prepare aperitives.
