"Genepy" which represents the main ingredient of one of the most famous among Bordiga's liqueurs, is grown following absolutely natural methods in the mountain fields of the Maira and Varaita valleys and placed to dry in the shade of alpine huts by the mountain farmers themselves. It's then taken to the plant to be processed.
Liquor obtained by the infusion of Artemisia Mutellina, a typical mountain herb from Alpi Marittime and Cozie.
This product, which has a particular and aromatic taste, comes with a natural pale green colour.
It is suitable for several occasions, mainly as a digestive liquor, but it is also very refreshing when served with ice.
